About Us

Colorado Personal Injury Firm

Serving Littleton, Englewood, Denver & the Surrounding Areas

Curtis | Walton Law was founded in 2012 by Danielle Curtis and Wade Walton in Littleton, Colorado. Both attorneys and bikers, the pair were inspired to start a personal injury law firm dedicated to providing legal advice and representation to motorcyclists across the state. While we are deeply dedicated to the biker community, our Littleton attorneys are experienced in a variety of personal injury areas aside from motorcycle accidents.

The main goal of our firm is to help all accident victims—not just injured motorcyclists—get back on their feet following a mishap. We believe that if your injuries were caused by another’s carelessness or negligence, it’s up to them to take responsibility and cover your medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering. With insurance companies and defense lawyers working against you, it can make it hard to concentrate on the recovery process. By working with us, you don’t have to put up with their scare tactics and pestering.

If you are ready to take your life back following an accident, we can help. Contact us today to schedule your free consultation.
