Mr. Walton specializes in motorcycle accident law. His passion is helping motorcycle accident victims. He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno. He then spent more than 10 years in business as a comptroller and accountant for HVAC companies, as well as, working in the insurance industry. Mr. Walton attended the Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is licensed to practice in Colorado.
In his free time, Mr. Walton enjoys riding his Harley Road Glide Ultra, fishing, spending time with friends and family, and watching hockey.
A lifelong hockey fan, Mr. Walton is a passionate supporter of the Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Eagles, the Avalanche’s AHL affiliate based in Loveland. Hockey runs in the family — his cousin, Wyatt Aamodt, is a defenseman in the Avalanche organization who plays for the Colorado Eagles and gets called up to the NHL roster of the Colorado Avalanche. Wyatt made his NHL debut with the Avalanche in April 2025 and scored his first NHL goal the very next night against the Anaheim Ducks. Whether he’s at Ball Arena in Denver cheering on the Avs or up in Loveland watching the Eagles at the Blue Arena, Mr. Walton loves connecting with fellow Colorado hockey fans. While motorcycle accident victims are at the heart of his practice, Mr. Walton is proud to represent injured Coloradans from all walks of life — riders and non-riders, hockey fans and not.
